1.     Second pet free offer applies to the photo-shoot of a second pet only. The photo-shoot will take place at the same booking time as the first pet. Package inclusions will stay the same when 2+ pets are added to the photo-shoot booking.

 

2.     Digital images remain the property of Dynamic Style Photography unless purchased.

3.     A digital image is a single image. If you have two (or more pets), they will be photographed separately and if you wish together. 1 image of 2 pets is defined as 1 image. Frequently the best images are separate, if you wish us 2 merge 2 separate pets onto 1 image for print, this will be free of charge, it is still classed as 2 images. We would supply 1 digital of each pet and an image of the merge.

 

4.     Digital images included with all packages are sized at 30cm x 45cm and will be delivered by email. The size of the image can be upgraded to 50cm x 76cm for $29 per image. Images can also be supplied on a USB for $15 and additional postage fees will apply if applicable.

 

5.     Sticker quantities included in the advertised packages are for multiples of the same sticker design (layout/ image/ text). Additional costs will apply if different designs are desired.

6.     Client digital image files are stored for a minimum of 12 months on 2 devices.

7.     Dynamic Style Photography reserves the right to use an image(s) for our own promotional products. E.g. web site, Facebook etc.

 

8.     Dynamic Style Photography will not sell a print or gift your image to any other party.

​

9.     If the images are to be used for commercial purposes the client must advise Dynamic Style Photography. There will be a subsequent addendum of agreed alterations to these Terms and Conditions.

10.  Lay-by and payment plans are available. All Products will not be released until paid in full.

11.  Dynamic Style Photography must ensure that the client has acknowledged the agreed appointment date and time.

​

12.  Cancellation must be advised 48 hours before the session booking time. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking fee.

​

13.  Limits of Liability: Dynamic Style Photography will make all reasonable efforts to deliver photography that will exceed your expectations. In the unlikely event of total or partial photographic failure, i.e. computer or hard disk failure during exposure or processing for any reason, Dynamic Style Photography’s entire liability to the client for any and all claims limited to a no cost re-shoot of the clients booking.

14.  Upgrades. Any package can be upgraded to another package or additional product purchases.
